My main issues have been nightime reflux. Usually around
3 in the morning. After dragging myself to the bathroom for a drink of water it usually subsided but I found that I didn't
even need to get up if I just worked up some saliva in my mouth
and swallowed it. Maybe once or twice. This quickly cooled the burn and I go back to sleep. I read that saliva is a very effective ant-acid. It's been helping me for quite a while now.
