Oat Meal

I have tried every suggestion for night time reflux and
most of them work for a while and then stop working.
Even PPIs got less effective. 2 a day seems to provide some help but I worry about side affects. Something however has
been working for me for quite a while and I have stopped the PPIs. I have a bowl of oat meal before bed and my nighttime
reflux has stopped. I can take it an hour or 2 before bed or even right before bed and it still works. I am very hopefull
that this will be long lasting. I guess it absorbs the acid.
