Ginger juice

One tsp of the juice first thing in the morning for 5 days. That was the end of gerd.

I took a little sip of water first, then the juice, and waited for as long as I could before drinking more water.

Maintenance is some ginger juice in my green tea which is delicious. Ginger is said to be helpful in keeping h pylori away and very soothing for our stomachs.

Sometimes it isn't too much acid in our stomachs, but not enough acid to do the job of breaking down our food and it heads up instead of down. The purple pill could make that problem even worse.

Fresh cut up ginger in our food or tea, or get a garlic press and press some ginger juice for seasoning, and life is good again.
