Alkaline Foods packed full of digestive enzymes that help with digestion!!

Alkaline foods and minerals are the most important thing we can eat to maintain body PH. Look at how the acid/alkaline balance affects health.

Your stomach is an acidic organ to help digest the foods we eat. The large intestine is slightly on the acid side, whereas the organ tissues and body fluids need to be slightly alkaline ( 7.2 to 7.4 pH) for good health.

Not so long ago we let nature provide us with nourishing raw alkaline foods to keep our bodies in a healthy acid/alkaline balance. We ate foods from our gardens containing live enzymes and amino acids that are needed to digest our food. Our crops had fewer environmental contaminates. We ate foods that were grown in fertile mineral rich soils without artificial fertilizers, herbicides and insecticides.

Today we eat processed foods with preservatives, drink sodas instead of water and eat vegetables grown with artificial fertilizers, sprayed with herbicides and insecticides. We eat fruits and vegetables that have been radiated to keep them from spoiling (killing enzymes), kept in large storage buildings until they are ready for the grocery store shelf. Our foods are depleted of minerals because they are grown in soils depleted minerals.

The body needs minerals for metabolism (the process of your body running smoothly). Minerals are called 'electrolytes' in the hospital or medical setting, like when your Doctor orders blood lab work. He might order an 'electrolyte panel'. Minerals/Electrolytes are sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iodine, etc. Your body needs minerals and trace minerals for the systems to run right.

Radiating kills the enzymes in the foods that help with digestion. Killing the enzymes in food has really messed up our bodies health and digestion because we can't digest without enzymes, so we have to go back to basics and eat foods loaded with the natural good elements from the earth for good health. This might sound kind of whacko, and like a 'granola cruncher' but it's true.

It is necessary for our body system to refuel enzymes, minerals, hormones and our immune systems to help the body run smoothly. The way to do this is by eating more live foods, not the packaged, processed fast food JUNK. An easy way to identify live foods is to eat foods that contain water. Vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds, are live foods that contain enzymes and water.

Eating more live foods than acid foods supplies enzymes needed for digestion. Digestive enzymes for Acid Reflux repair and remedies are very important. Try eating 60% or more alkaline foods than acid foods.

We need acidic foods too, so the way to measure if you are getting enough of the alkalizing foods is by testing body PH with PH test strip tapes. The Health Food stores sell test tape and it's very easy to use. Just take a bit of saliva (spit) and put it on the test tape. It will show if you are in the alkaline state of between (7.2-7.4 PH)

It's really that easy!

Foods that trigger acid reflux are mostly acid foods. Some of the most common acid foods that cause acid reflux contain white flour, dairy, and white processed sugar.

A frequent question that people ask is "does sugar cause acid reflux?" The answer is YES, white processed sugar can cause acid reflux. Better sweeteners are natural organic honey, maple syrup, agave, or stevia. See the list below to find the foods to combat acid reflux.
